A painting of New Hall Mill by (Rhoda?) Wortley

We are trying to identify the artist who created this painting of New Hall Mill, signed Wortley, probably R Wortley, although it could be a D or a P. The painting is currently hanging in our Tea Room.

I found a reference in 1999 in the British Newspaper Archive to a retired school teacher called Rhoda Wortley, nee Glen, who was President of Sutton Coldfield Society of Artists from 1999 to  2001. She taught at Maney Hill School in about 1980. Could she be the painter?

I am currently trying to find this particular Rhoda via genealogical research, but with no luck yet.
