Video: Setting up the stones and starting the waterwheel

In May 2025 we reassembled the millstones and restarted the Mill's waterwheel in preparation for the first Open Day of the season. In this video, we accompany the team of volunteer millers as they prepare the stones and run the waterwheel and the millstones for the first time this season.
